QR20
Programmable execution pipelines.
The open standard for composable intent — airgapped agentic orchestration, encoded as a QR20 payload and executed anywhere, atomically and verifiably.
Intent → Payload → Routing → Execution
An open standard
QR20 is an open execution standard I’m one of the inventors of — a shared way to turn intent into composable, verifiable execution across any system.
[PLACEHOLDER: co-inventors and collaborators, when it was created, and any specification, filing, or reference implementation that anchors the standard.]
Execution is not composable
Today’s execution workflows are siloed. A payment needs one system, an API call another, a blockchain transaction a third. There is no standard way to compose multi-step actions into a single, shareable pipeline. Every system has execution; no system has composable execution.
01
Siloed execution
Each system has its own execution model and interface.
02
No composability
Multi-step workflows require custom integration code.
03
Not shareable
Workflows are locked inside specific applications.
04
No verification
Execution outcomes are not cryptographically verifiable.
Define once, execute everywhere
A QR20 pipeline is a structured definition of a multi-step execution flow — what should happen, in what order, under what conditions — executable across any compatible system. It is a universal execution contract.

Pipelines for everything
QR20 pipelines are domain-agnostic. Any multi-step execution flow that spans systems can be defined, shared, and executed as a QR20 pipeline.
WEB3
Cross-chain DeFi
Multi-step swap, bridge, and stake operations across chains — defined once, executed atomically.
AI
AI agent workflows
Agent-driven research, analysis, and action pipelines with verifiable execution at each step.
WEB2
API orchestration
Multi-service API workflows — data retrieval, transformation, and delivery in a single pipeline.
FINTECH
Payment flows
Conditional payment routing with compliance checks, currency conversion, and settlement verification.
Share, compose, execute
QR20 pipelines are inherently shareable. A pipeline created by one person can be shared, forked, and executed by anyone — with built-in attribution and revenue sharing. Protocol activity equals revenue: more pipelines, more value.
Shareable
Distribute pipelines via QR code, link, or embedded reference.
Composable
Chain pipelines together to build complex multi-system workflows.
Attributed
Built-in creator attribution and revenue sharing on execution.
Value-flow model
Users × Intents × Value × Take rate
Every pipeline execution generates protocol revenue, with creator attribution.
The execution protocol
QR20 is the protocol layer of the Inapse stack — the standard that defines how secured intent becomes verifiable, composable execution across any system.
THE EXECUTION STANDARD
Define. Execute. Verify.
